Mahotsav participated in the second season of Style Mantra at Grand Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu on 19 June, 2016, which was inaugurated by Miss Nepal 2000 – Usha Khadgi. With a previous commendable success of Style Mantra in 2015, the second season was also a thing of grandeur.
The show was a collective effort of industry’s three most illustrious Textile Companies from Surat, Gujarat – Parvati Fabrics, Ambica Fashions and Mahotsav Group.
The grand finale was presented by Mahotsav Group, a name which has been in the industry for 15 years now and running successfully ever since. Mahotsav is known for its versatility in Indian ethnic wear garments ranging from basic digital print sarees to heavier range, Indo-western outfits to Bridal Lehengas.
The finale was divided in two sequences , the first one showcased a mild fusion of traditional yet contemporary sarees and indo-western lehengas in shades of the red family.
Fashion Event Models
The second sequence was meant for the bride-to-be. Each bridal lehenga was curated keeping in mind the culture of India and the nature of the woman who is soon going to step into an altogether different life. The bridal lehengas were rich in traditional embroideries and motifs and the varied cuts to the otherwise ethnic silhouettes made them appear dreamlike.

The show ended with Malina Joshi, Miss Nepal 2011 as the show stopper , who just stunned the crowd with the look for the day.

The grand success was marked with an after party and further with a grander exhibit and sale of the beautiful garments, which was appreciated by one and all.
An elaborate collection of designer sarees, Indo-western lehengas and bridal lehengas were sashayed by beauties of Nepal which included Malina Joshi, Sadhiccha Shreshta and 20 other top models of the country.
The event was further continued with a grand exhibit which was appreciated by one and all.
