Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mahotsav Group! We strive to provide you with high-quality Products and excellent customer service. In the event that you need to return a product, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

  • To be eligible for a return and exchange, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. 
  • Products sold on sale, special coupon codes, or discounts will not be accepted for return.
  • Custom made orders are not returnable.
  • All returns are subject to approval.

2. Initiate the Return:

  • Please contact us via email at info@mahotsavgroup.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • Include photographic evidence if the product is damaged or the parcel is not in proper condition.

3. Return and Exchange Process:

  • An unboxing video is required and must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery for cases involving damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • For defective or damaged products, we will immediately exchange the product and issue a fresh product.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip when you return the package. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. 

4. Inspection:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for damage.
  • If the product passes inspection, you may choose between store credit voucher or a coupon code (issued within 15 business days) and a bank credit.
  • If the item you returned is used, damaged, or missing the original tags, the return will be declined. The user will not be eligible for any store credit or bank credit, and Mahotsav Group assumes no liability in this regard.

5. Store Credit or Bank Credit:

  • Bank and operational charges of 10% will be deducted if a refund is to be made to the original payment source.
  • Alternatively, if you choose a refund to your Mahotsav Wallet, no deduction will be applied.
  • Store credit voucher or a coupon code (Mahotsav Wallet) will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. 

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
